With 60+ years of engineering expertise and manufacturing best practices they have recently expanded their capabilities, offering a family of companies that provide complete solutions: Bishop-Wisecarver Corporation (BWC), Black Diamond Manufacturing (BDM) and WRW Engineering.  Bishop-Wisecarver Group is the original patent holder in guide wheel based linear motion that was invented by founder Bud Wisecarver of the DualVee guide wheel recognized as the market leader for guide wheel technology since 1970 that continues to successfully sell today.

BWG promotes initiatives focused on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). They have provided consistent and increasing support of FIRST since 2007 through support of the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) and FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC). Bishop-Wisecarver has donated a large quantity of DualVee linear guide track. The DualVee product line is a group of simple components which are used by industrial equipment makers for linear and rotary guided motion applications. The parts are easy to understand, easy to assemble, and provide very smooth, low-friction linear or rotary guidance.
